In a remarkable fusion of divine insight, traditional oracle readings, and modern democratic processes, Monday Okpebholo has emerged as the chosen leader for the people of Edo State. This historic victory foreseen by the ancient oracle and confirmed by the voices of the people through the ballot box, has captured the attention of not only the citizens of Edo State but the entire nation.

Okpebholo's ascend to the governorship carries both spiritual weight and a mandate for good governance. As we delve into the details of his victory, it is essential to reflect on the signs of that led to this moment, the message of the oracle, and what lies ahead for the newly elected governor and the state he is poised to lead.

The Oracle's Prediction of Monday Okpebholo's Victory Months before the election, consultations with traditional oracle revealed a clear prophecy: Monday Okpebholo would be the next governor of Edo State. In a reading that I conducted in the presence of some esteemed elders, the oracle indicated that his leadership would be divinely favoured and that no force could stand in the way of his victory. The signs were undeniable - Monday Okpebholo was destined to lead the people, to bring forth development, and to heal the state from years of political stagnation.

The oracle 's message was clear : Monday Okpebholo 's path to governance was divinely sanctioned. This revelation not only galvanized his supporters but also instilled in them a strong belief that his election would bring a positive transformation to Edo State. The signs were interpreted as divine approval of his candidacy, which emboldened his electioneering campaign and brought together a broad coalition of supporters who believed in his leadership.

The specific oracle question was ' will Mr Monday Okpebholo win the election schedule for 21st September 2024?' This question was repeated several times and the oracle readings and their corresponding interpretation are as shown:

1. Native man, success, native man, success, beating drums, dancing.

This indicates that Mr Okpebholo, who is referred to as the "native man" will experience success. The beating of drums and dancing suggests celebration, which is a strong symbol of victory.

2. Native man, win, throne, come back, origin, group.

This further reinforces the idea that Mr Okpebholo will win, The throne symbolizes power or leadership, and "come back to origin group" indicates that the seat of power will return back to the original party group where this was acquired.

3. Man, build, road, home town, laugh, at end.

The party candidate success could bring development to his hometown, symbolized by the building of a road. The phrase "laugh at the end" suggests a positive outcome, indicating that his efforts will lead to success and happiness.

4. Native man, chosen, God, yes, native man, smile.

Mr Okpebholo appears to be divinely favoured, with the oracle confirming that he is "chosen by God". This reading suggests that his victory is not only probable but also predestined, leading to happiness and satisfaction.

5. Native man, seat, native man, seat, laugh, dancing.

This reading reinforces the message of Mr Okpebholo taking a seat of power. The seat symbolizes leadership or authority. There is again imagery of celebration, laughter, and dancing, confirming the successful rise to. leadership position.

6. People, many, native man, chosen, rejoice, dancing, People, many"

This means a large number of people are involved, possibly indicating widespread support for his candidature.

Native man, chosen: Mr Okpebholo is depicted as the "native man" who lives with the people and has been selected or favoured by the community or a higher power for leadership.

Rejoice, dancing: These are symbols of celebration, indicating that people will be happy and celebrate Mr Okpebholo's success.

Overall Interpretation: The readings strongly suggests that Mr Okpebholo will win the election as the people rejoice his being chosen.

The Defeat of the Labour Party Opponent: A foretold Outcome.

One of the most compelling elements of the Oracle's prediction was the fate of Senator Okpebholo's political opponent, a prominent lawyer and Labour Party candidate. According to the oracle, this would face an embarrassing defeat, leaving him hissing in frustration.

Indeed, as the election results began to trickle in, it became evident that the prophecy was manifesting. The lawyer once confident in his ability to sway the electorates with his legal prowess, found himself trailing behind Okpebholo by an overwhelming margin. His campaign which was initially strong, began to falter as they neared the election.

On the day of the election, as the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BVAS) ensured the integrity of the process, the Labour Party candidate realized that his chances of winning were slipping away. As predicted, he was left hissing, unable to comprehend the overwhelming support that Okpebholo had garnered from the people.

The oracle question, readings and interpretations are as follows:

Will the Labour Party candidate win the election?

The oracle readings:

1. Fat, man, big hair, body, hissing, at end.

The description of the "fat man with big hair body" could symbolize a person of prominence or power and person who is hairy and bearded.

However, the "hissing at the end " indicates discontent or failure. Hissing often represents displeasure, frustration, or negative reactions, suggesting that things will not turn out well for him.

2. Man, young, man, sorrow, hissing, at end.

This reading also points toward sorrow and disappointment for a "young man". Again the "hissing at the end" reinforces a negative outcome, indicating that the election will likely lead to unhappiness or regret. The overall reading suggests that the labour party candidate is unlikely to win the election.

The People's Democratic Party candidate claims of rigging: A Prophecy Fulfilled.

The oracle also foresaw the defeat of another political opponent – a successful businessman who had invested heavily in his electioneering campaign, confident that his wealth and influence would secure him the governorship.

However, the oracle had a different message. It foretold that this candidate would lose the election and, in his frustration, would accuse the process of being manipulated and rigged. This prophecy played out exactly as predicted. Despite the use of BVAS, which guaranteed the transparency and credibility of the election, the candidate found himself on the losing end.

True to the oracle's words, as the results were announced, the candidates raised unfounded allegations of electoral malfeasance, claiming that the system had been manipulated against him. However, the integrity of the BVAS technology, which ensured that each vote was counted accurately and fairly stood in stark contrast to his accusations.

The people of Edo State, confident in the credibility of the election, dismiss his claims and celebrated Okpebholo's victory as a triumph of both the divine and the democratic process.

The oracle question: Will the PDP candidate win this election?

1 No, man, no, man, sadness, complaint.

This suggests that the candidate is likely to face disappointment, possibly failing to achieve the desired outcome of the election, leading to sadness and complaints from his side or supporters.

2. Man from abroad, headboy, business, produces, drinks, see, sorrow.

A man with connection abroad or lives in a far away place from his people with authority (headboy) of a business venture involved in production and may be distribution of drinks, will be sorrowful.

3. Man from abroad, headboy, business, failure, plan, regret.

This man has authority over a business venture is likely to fail. This failure could lead to regret over some decisions made before or during the campaign.

4. Man, chosen, God, not, wait, for time.

This implies that this candidate is not chosen by God at this time. It also means that if he is patient, with proper planning and political calculations, realignment and regrouping may be with other parties can still win election at a future date.
