Port Harcourt, Rivers – The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) celebrated a significant milestone on Thursday as it awarded scholarships to 600 successful candidates under its 2025/2026 Local Postgraduate Scholarship Programme.
Ogbuku, emphasized that the scholarship programme is a cornerstone of the NDDC’s strategy to empower the youth and drive sustainable development in the oil-rich region.
The initiative targets students from the Niger Delta States, requiring candidates to possess at least a second-class lower division degree and have completed their national service.
