Asaba, Delta – In a heartfelt letter addressed to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Chief Wilfred Gidigba Oliseneku has expressed profound gratitude for his recent appointment as Special Assistant to the Governor on Community Development.
