Osogbo, Osun – The Nigerian Army has announced the commencement of its recruitment exercise for the 90th Regular Recruits Intake (RRR) for both Trades and Non-Trades Men and Women.
In a statement issued by the Secretary to the Osun State Government, Bobagunwa Teslim Igbalaye, qualified indigenes of Osun State were encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity by applying through the official recruitment portal: https://recruitment.army.mil.ng.
According to the statement, the online application opens on September 29, 2025, and will close on November 14, 2025.
Igbalaye emphasised that the entire application process is free of charge and must be completed only through the official Nigerian Army recruitment website.
He explained that applicants will first undergo an online screening, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to the Nigerian Army Barracks in Ede, Osun State, for further assessments covering physical, mental, and academic qualifications. The date for this stage, he added, will be communicated in due course.
“I urge all eligible indigenes of Osun to take full advantage of this opportunity to serve their nation. The process is strictly merit-based and free. Please avoid unofficial sources and ensure all applications are submitted only through the official portal,” Igbalaye advised.
He further advised prospective applicants to study the eligibility criteria provided on the portal carefully and ensure all application fields are completed with accuracy and honesty.
