The bill for the Establishment of Solid Minerals Communities Development Commission on Tuesday scaled through second reading in the floor of the house of representatives.

The member representing Etsako Federal Constituency, Hon. Anamero Sunday Dekeri who sponsored the bill disclosed this on his facebook page.

According to the federal lawmaker, the bill, when passed into law will create room for inclusivity and boost incomes for states.

"Today, the bill for the Establishment of Solid Minerals Communities development commission, which I sponsored at the House of Representatives, passed second reading in the floor of the house.

"This bill Establishment of Solid Minerals Communities Development Commission when finally passed will diversify, boost income for virtually all states of the Federation, promote inclusiveness, increase the Gross Domestic Products of Nigeria, and attract Foreign Direct Investment for the benefit of Nigerians.", Dekeri posted
