Asaba, Delta – TEN days after she was kidnapped in a church at Asaba, the Delta State capital, a former member representing Aniocha/Oshimili Federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Joan Mrakpor has been set free by her abductors.

Police Public Relations Officer of the State command, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed that the former lawmaker has been released.

"It is confirmed that Rt. Hon. Joan Onyemaechi (Ada-Anioma) has regained her freedom", Edafe Posted on his X account on Saturday afternoon
