Chief Patrick Eholor is the founder of ONE LOVE FOUNDATION; a tireless, tested and trusted human rights crusader: as well as a renowned community leader in Nigeria.
He is the face of the titanic struggle to liberate the poor, vulnerable, weak members of the oppressive and terriibly corrupt Nigerian society.
Much more, he is a fearless voice of the voiceless!! A tarantula that give a heartless, exploitative capitalists sleepless nights.
His recurring message to the few elites in and outside power is: Allow the hungry, sick, homeless and impoverished majority to survive!
All his adult life is devoted to waging a relentless war against these Nigerian elites who take delight in breaking the laws of the land without respect for God.
Unknown to most people, Chief Patrick Eholor is not a kindergarten in working for the enthronement of an egalitarian society run by Labour Party. He has been long involved in labour matters using his funds, time and unique ideas.
Infact, checks trom archival sources confirm that he is an old hand in the campaign to consolidate the fortunes of Labour Party in Edo and Nigeria as a whole.
For instance, read what he said in 2011 about Labour Party in a widely circulated pamphlet:
"Forward ever!! Labour Party is Nigeria's lost hope for true democracy in Nigeria."
"How long shall Nigeria workers bake the cake, make yhe honey but end up drinking their own tears for wine and lick their sore for meat?"
"How much longer shall treasury looters steal the harvest of the sweat of Nigerian masses?"
"Look around. There is so much disparities between the suffering majority of people and the few rich, big men in the country Why? It is because of unaffordable education, deplorable roads, power blackouts, chocking taxes, vote denials and long, excruciating imprisonment of the helpless poor."
"In contrast; for the unquestionably rich political office holders it is quality education overseas, comfortable airflights to avoid the perilous journeys on the roads abandoned for the masses, government-funded power plants, health paradise abroad as well as tax evasion by the wealthy."
This is not all. Some members of the uninformed forces freely engage in ballot rigging for politicians without morals. The result is that votès don't count fòr the poòr. In Nigeria.
"Furthermore, judges give short, glamorous jail terms for the thieving rich who commit grievous crimes against the state by some judges who have become merchants of black market injunctions. Hence, there is guaranteed protection for the corrupt public rogues in Nigeria. At the end of the day, equity, fairness and justice are undermined."
"Also, another worrisome thing in Nigeria is the issue of decamping in our dirty politics. Imagine, self-serving politicians in my country engage in bandwagon criss-crossing and flocking like ravaging seasonal birds to winning political party shelters between PEOPLE DECEIVING PEOPLE and CONGRESS OF ANTI-PEOPLE CONFUSION. Certainly, such a shameful conduct wont help to solve the crises of failed nationhood threatening Nigeria.
"Now, what is the solution to all these challenges facing us? Hear the words of these people"
"T. A. LeMoin says 'Change is the plank on which slaves, bondmen and nations walk across from chains of penury to freedom full of prosperity."
"John Maxwell states:'Life consists of 10 percent of what happens to a man and 90 percent how he reacts to them'. Indeed, how Nigerians reacted through the ballot of 2011 to the pains inflicted on them for 50 years by failed leaders will henceforth determine our collectìve doom or national rebirth and redemption."
Patriot Patrick Osagie Eholor, President/Founder of ONE LOVE FOUNDATION 'Your vote is your right. Your right is your life.'
"Ralph Waldo: 'There is a time to let things happen and a time to make things happen'.
"Comrsde Adams Aliu Oshiomole, Edo State Governor :'Labour is my first and last love. I remain in my spirit and marrow a labour man."
"Mathew Chapter 10 Verse 10: 'A labourer is worthy of his wages."
"From the above, one can see that Labour Party is the answer and solution to Nigeria's masses agonies of 50 years of bondage. It is all patroits' natural constituency as well as the bridge to a truly, Great Niģeria."
"No nation achieves its highest potential with leaders whose priiciples are driven by self-serving purposes or men who are DAYTOME SAINTS but NIGHT TIME companions of the society's VANPIRES."
"No society achieves much prògress whose leaders, in their know- it- all pride, cannot apologise to their electorate when they err. Yes, no nation advances whose leaders switch off their phones and erect high gates to keep off voters on which backs they rode to power snd public office."
"Alsò, let,us all join the Labour Party the last fortress of truth: as well as the national household of consistent and honest servant leaders."
"Here at last is the political party whose leaders recognise that internal democracy, fully in action than mere words, is the vertebral bastion upon which true democracy, the rule of law and justice are sustained.'
"Only the Labour Party, indeed, recognises that the voter however poor or far away from the seat of power is the king in a true democracy."
Note that when Chief Patrick Eholor wrote this piece in 2011 that he widely circulated, he was the South/South Leader of the Labour Party in Edo State while Messrs Johnson Idaho and Victor Eribo were respectively the chairman and secretary-general of the Labour Party in Oredo Local Government Chapter.
